Night of science "Nacht der Wissenschaft" Düsseldorf

ACCLAIMED will participate at this year's Night of Science ("Nacht der Wissenschaft") Düsseldorf, whereby the project will be presented to the public in an interactive “hands-on” format. The Night of Science is a free public science event organized by Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf (HHU), together with several partner institutions, including University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf, University Hospital Düsseldorf, Forschungszentrum Jülich, the German Diabetes Center, and the Max Planck Institute for Sustainable Materials, among others.

Night of Science brings science out of the university and makes it accessible, understandable, and engaging for the general public, bringing science and research closer to the general public in an innovative and interactive way, allowing people of all ages to experience science up close.


Pre-Kickoff Meeting

All members of the ACCLAIMED consortium met online for a pre-kickoff meeting. Project leaders made an introduction and a rough outline of their workpackages and deliverables. Initial steps steps of the Project were agreed on.


ACCLAIMED starts

The EU-PRIMA-funded project ACCLAIMED officially started in all partner institutes; Heinrich Heine University (HHU), Düsseldorf Germany; University of Tuscia (UNITUS). Viterbo, Italy; Agricultural Genetic Engineering Research Institute (AGERI), Agricultural Research Center (ARC), Giza, Egypt; Spanish National Researcch Council (CSIC), Zaragoza, Spain; and Selçuk Üniversitesi (SU), Konya, Türkiye.
